Introducing the Flexi-Score

New for 2024, Yewden Music continues to develop its approach to producing Brass Band music.


'World Parts' will be gradually introduced across the catalogue as standard, providing alternatives for Horn in F and Bass Clef for Baritone, Tenor Trombone, Euphonium and Tuba, as part of the Brass Band set. 


Digital downloads for each title will also become available as an alternative to purchasing a hard-copy and will be offered at a reduced price. 





Some existing and new titles planned for inclusion in the catalogue will adopt a flexi-score approach.  This will enable titles to be performed by as few as seven players. The reduced scoring uses specific lines
(or simplified versions in the case of divisi parts) from the full-band version. Additional parts from the full-band version can be added to this septet version to accommodate the players / instrumentation that is available.


A septet set is included as part of every full-band flexi-score purchase, or can be purchased separately.
